The Rakiraki Hotel Training School
The latest feature at the Tanoa Rakiraki is the creation of the first fully operational hotel training school in Fiji and the South Pacific. This has been achieved in partnership with the Australia Pacific Technical College (APTC), an Australian Government initiative. The Rakiraki Hotel Training School trains students from all around the Pacific in the arts of cookery, food and beverage service and front office operations.
